Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with GPSWaves. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which subscription fees and hardware purchases may be refunded.
1. Subscription Refunds
- 7-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel a new monthly subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase and have not consumed more than 1 GB of data or triggered more than 500 alerts, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Annual plans: may be cancelled within 14 days of the renewal date for a pro-rated refund of the unused full months.
- After the cooling-off period, subscription fees are non-refundable, but the service remains available until the end of the paid period.
2. Hardware (Device) Refunds
- Devices may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if they are unused, in original packaging, and resellable condition.
- Installed devices are eligible for a refund only if they are defective and the defect is covered by the 12-month warranty.
- Devices damaged by accident, misuse, tampering, or unauthorised repair are not eligible for a refund.
- Custom or special-order devices are non-refundable.
3. Installation Fees
Installation fees are non-refundable once the on-site installation has been performed. If installation is cancelled before the visit, the fee is fully refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@gpswaves.com with your account email, order/invoice number, and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription fees after the cooling-off period.
- Add-on services (extra SMS bundles, custom development, training sessions) once delivered.
- Devices damaged after delivery.
- Shipping and handling charges (except where the device is defective).
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve any billing dispute quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect.
